How it works

Four steps. We do the hard bit.

1. You request a call back

Pop your name and number in the form. We'll ring you within an hour during office hours (Mon–Fri 9–6).

2. Free 10-minute eligibility check

An advisor walks through 8–10 questions: age, condition, what you struggle with. By the end of the call we'll tell you whether you're likely to qualify. If you don't, we say so — no charge, no hard sell.

3. We complete the AA1 with you

If you do qualify, we book a 45-minute appointment to fill in the AA1 over the phone. Our advisors know the form back-to-front and know what wording the DWP is looking for. You answer normal questions in plain English; we translate them onto the form.

4. We print, check and post it

Your completed form is printed, double-checked by a senior advisor, signed and posted to the DWP. You get a copy in the post.

5. Decision in 6–8 weeks

If you're awarded, payments are normally backdated to the date the DWP received your form. If you're turned down, we help you ask for a mandatory reconsideration (often successful — DWP overturn ~30% of refusals).
